Požadavky

Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor/ Master's in a technical or business discipline (e.g. FER, FOI, EFZG)

Language:
Czech or Slovak – Native/bilingual speaker
English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, making presentations, preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed tasks

We are looking for someone who has:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B and B2C IT sales (Banking, Software Solution Sales, Account Management, Partner Network Cooperation)
• Knowledge of a business development process (market segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
• Knowledge of banking solutions- desirable
• Strong experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and achieving sales quotas
• Proven track of sales in banking industry- desirable
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong communication skills

Náplň práce

Why is the job exciting? As Account Manager you will: ¨
• Lead sales process of banking solutions in local territories.
• Identify and develop new business for new clients and partners in the above markets.
• Create effective and specific business development plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
• Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to ensure deal profitability.
• Plan and execute the whole sales process of selected solutions (prepare proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.).
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners based on knowledge of market needs.
• Proactive communication with customer on all levels (CxO, Retail Manager, Direct channels manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Board Members).
• Monitor potential prospects.
• Create customer's events for improving sales activities.
• Provide necessary sales support during post-sales period.
