Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst Praha

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a strategic transformation project focused on driving operational excellence and process optimization worldwide. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and support automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and employee experience.

5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Excellence
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Strong experience leading process optimization and transformation initiatives
Background in Shared Services, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar functions
Knowledge of process automation, process mining, RPA, or AI solutions
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities in English language

Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality
Analyze business processes and recommend practical, data-driven solutions
Lead projects focused on process optimization, simplification, and automation
Partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable business improvements
Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Facilitate workshops and engage teams in solving business challenges
Track improvement outcomes and ensure sustainable process performance
