Join us for a summer job! ️ We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our manufacturing team in Brno-Slatina.
What will you do?
* Pack toys and assemble gift packages
* Fold boxes and apply labels
* Alternate between sitting and standing while working
How about the shifts?
You will work according to a full-time shift calendar, which means 3 to 4 twelve-hour shifts per week. We have two options for your start date depending on your preference:
* Option 1 (for night owls): You can start a bit earlier on June 15th. In this case, you will work only night shifts (18:30 – 6:30) for the entire summer.
* Option 2 (mostly days)️: You can start at the beginning of July. You will work primarily day shifts (6:30 – 18:30), but please note that you will also have 1–2 weeks of night shifts during July and August.
We are looking for someone with:
* Manual dexterity and a good eye for detail
* Reliability and willingness to work 12-hour shifts (including nights)
* Free access to the Czech labor market (student visa, permanent residence, family reunification, temporary protection etc.)
What do we offer:
* Monthly salary around 30,000 CZK gross if you choose the model with mostly day shifts.
* Monthly salary up to 32,000 CZK gross if you choose the night-shift-only model.
* Salary breakdown: ️ Base salary of 25,000 CZK + performance bonus up to 3,750 CZK + 10% extra pay for night and weekend shifts + a meal allowance of 66 CZK per shift for night workers (day workers can get lunch in the company cafeteria for deducted price).
* Mandatory health insurance contributions are deducted from your gross salary, which means you will have paid public insurance from your first day at work.
* Benefit Plus program contributions, Sick days, and free coffee and tea at the workplace
* A quiet, clean, and pleasant working environment
* Full support and training – no Czech language required
