Požadavky
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic ONE Procurement team in Prague. This temporary 6-month role, will provide essential support across multiple procurement categories (mainly warehousing, scrap material and facility management).
The role focuses on supplier engagement, data collection, cleansing, and analytics, enabling reliable insights for procurement leaders. It will also contribute to the adoption of digital procurement tools, driving efficiency, compliance, and performance improvements across Amcor’s AFEMEA, ASC, and Rigids business units.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field preferred (vocational or associate qualification acceptable for junior profiles).
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages desirable.
Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), Power BI or Tableau, and SAP
Previous experience in procurement, analytics, administrative support, customer service, or supply chain data management.
Experience in analytics,manufacturing environment, logistics or recyling is an advantage.
Familiarity with warehousing, logistics and scrap material handling is a plus.

Náplň práce
Supplier Outreach & Communication: Engage suppliers via phone and email to collect, validate, and update key data and documentation.
Data Gathering, Cleansing & Maintenance: Collect and input supplier information into designated systems and spreadsheets; verify and standardize data for improved visibility and accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics: Deliver dashboards, spend analyses, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI to support category strategies and project execution.
Category Support: Work with procurement leads to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiencies, and compliance improvements.
Digital Tools & Process Enablement: Support deployment of procurement platforms, ensuring user adoption, data integrity, and process documentation.
Supplier Performance & Compliance: Assist with performance scorecards, compliance tracking, and supplier alignment on data accuracy.
Administrative & Project Support: Maintain tracking logs, follow up on outstanding information, and support procurement events such as eRFx and contract management.
