We are looking for an E2E Associate Project Manager to join a dynamic and international team within a leading global consumer goods company. In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects across the full product lifecycle — from concept to launch — driving innovation, efficiency, and value creation. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business & Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a related professional field.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
Project Management Professional (PMP/PPM) certification.
Training or certification in Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Solid business and organizational acumen, including knowledge of project-related finance.
Experience with New Product Development (NPD) processes and terminology.
Comfort with high-level exposure to senior management; strong presentation, rhetoric, and stakeholder-management skills.

Lead end-to-end project execution and ensure delivery of defined goals on time and within scope.
Define and plan projects from conceptualization through launch and post-launch evaluation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across all project phases to maintain progress and alignment.
Monitor and manage project risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation or optimization actions as needed.
Ensure operational readiness prior to launch and smooth transition into implementation.
Oversee communication with senior management, including project status, risks, and key decisions.
Act as a gatekeeper to ensure all initiatives align with portfolio value and business objectives.
Lead product artwork management in collaboration with external agencies for new product launches.
Drive process and governance excellence to support effective evaluation and approval of NPD (New Product Development), Lifecycle Management, and Value Creation projects.
Identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or functional leaders.
Provide regular updates and maintain transparent communication across all organizational levels.
Conduct post-launch reviews, track contribution to brand value, and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.
