5+ years of experience in project management in customer service and supply chain
Strong analytical, financial, and managerial skills in stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects
Proficiency in English

Lead and coordinate the overall agenda to ensure business objectives are met
Manage multiple complex projects with a focus on results and deadlines
Apply structured project management methods to ensure efficiency and accountability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Leverage supply chain expertise to drive strategy, manage risk, and optimize results
Translate business strategy into actionable project plans to deliver measurable impact
