Požadavky

* Fluency in German (C1/C2) and very good command of English (B2/C1) – MUST HAVE!
* Permanent residence in the Czech Republic
* Experience in a call center is an advantage
* Empathy and professional customer approach
* Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changes
* Time flexibility – work is organized in 2 shifts (morning and afternoon), including weekends and public holidays

Náplň práce

* Communicating with clients via phone, email and chat in German and English
* Providing information and resolving customer inquiries
* Working with internal systems
* Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve customer service

This is a role where you can make full use of your German and English skills! You can choose whether to work entirely from the comfort of your home or entirely from our office in Brno – but please note, you cannot combine both options, you must decide one.
