Strategic Role in Logistics and Procurement – International Scope
We are a dynamic company with global reach and we are currently looking for an experienced manager to lead our purchasing department and international transport operations. If you are a strategic thinker with a background in procurement and logistics, and you’re ready to influence the direction of a growing company – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Creating and executing a purchasing strategy focused on cost optimization in international imports and exports.
• Negotiating contracts with global and local partners (sea, air, and land transport).
• Leading the purchasing team and implementing efficient processes across the group.
• Optimizing logistics flows and ensuring sufficient transport capacity, especially for imports from the Far and Middle East.
• Collaborating on international projects, including the implementation of ERP, TMS, and other logistics and procurement support systems.
• Taking full budget responsibility and reporting transport costs to company leadership.
• Actively seeking cost savings and more efficient procedures in purchasing and logistics.

What We Expect:
• Proven experience in procurement and transport management, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience setting up contracts with carriers.
• Leadership experience and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP), TMS, and other logistics/procurement tools.
• A proactive attitude, goal orientation, and the ability to make independent decisions.
