Are you an experienced project manager, with a big affinity for sustainability, then we are looking for you. As BILLA we are in the middle of society, therefore our sustainability strategy is around four pillars: green products, environment, our employees, and social engagement.
We are looking for someone who can, together with our teams in the HQ and the stores, build further on the current foundations. The main responsibilities include monitoring sustainability objectives and driving our sustainability strategy.
A job in which you can look forward to:

* Hands-on management of sustainability projects & issues (e.g. eco-packaging projects, food waste reduction, cooperation with charities and other organizations)

What do you need for this position?
* Work experience in a similar position, with a drive to immerse yourself in the dynamics of food retail.
* A strong project management background, 5yrs+
* Excellent stakeholder management: Ability to communicate, persuade, inspires others and build relationships
* Fluent English and Czech
